PAT Tester

At Compliance Group Electrical we’re hiring for a PAT Tester who will join our team based in the Northamptonshire area. If you have experience in PAT testing, we'd love to hear from you. Ideally, you'll hold a City & Guilds 2377 qualification, but if not, don't worry, we offer in-house training. If PAT testing has always been a career path you're interested in, we'd still like to hear from you. We value not only your ability to deliver thorough, compliant PAT testing but also your commitment to providing professional, friendly service to our clients. A full UK Driving License is required, and DBS/security checks will be made. You may be required to work the occasional weekend depending on the business needs.

Check below to see if you have what is needed for this opportunity, and if so, make an application asap.

What You Receive For Joining Us

We’re offering a competitive salary, working 45hrs per week. In addition, we offer lots of overtime, a company vehicle, 1/2hr paid lunch daily, fuel card, a mobile phone or tablet, a company pension, 23 days holiday plus Bank Holidays, testing equipment and a uniform along with high street discounts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
