Job Details
- Position Type: Full-time (38hrs per week)
- Contract Type: Fixed term until 31st March 2027
- Salary: £28,153 - £32,578 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role
We are seeking a forward-thinking individual, experienced in delivering person-centred support to vulnerable people, to join the Pathways initiative. The role involves helping clients with entrenched multiple needs reach their personal goals by providing routes out of homelessness.
Key Requirements
- Passion and drive to support individuals in challenging situations.
- Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity.
- Experience supporting people with poor mental health, addictions, or who are ex-offenders.
- Confidence, adaptability, conscientiousness, empathy, and determination to make a difference.
