Patient Accounts Officer
Highgate Hospital | Finance | Bank | Part-Time
Up to £14.00 per hour, depending on experience
Working on the bank means you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad-hoc basis to suit the needs of the business and your availability.

We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Patient Accounts Officer to join our Highgate Hospital team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in the billing process, contributing directly to the patient experience and the success of our services.
Responsibilities
As a Patient Account Officer, you will:

- Assist the supervisor and management of Salesforce queues
- Liaise with hospital teams to resolve billing issues and escalate when required
- Manage billing queries through the effective use of agreed procedures and in co-ordination with the customer services team
- Propose improvements and seek opportunities to optimise ways of working within the team
