Patient Administrator
Location: The Park Hospital, Nottingham Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Permanent Salary: Up to £25,071.00 per year (depending on experience, training, and qualifications)

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Patient Administrator to join their esteemed team within the Administration department.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey
- Ensure adherence to Circle Health Group best practice process maps to deliver a efficient, professional, and standardised service to patients, visitors, consultants, and staff
- Resolve all patient queries with efficiency and professionalism
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail correspondences
- Approve electronic bookings via relevant systems and update bookings received via email
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Health and Safety at Work Act and ensure best practices for patients, relatives, visitors, staff, and contractors
- Comply with all mandatory training requirements

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- GCSEs in Maths & English (grades A–C) or equivalent Functional Skills Level 2
- Proficient use of PC systems, including software and databases
- Basic financial awareness
- Previous experience in administration (preferably within private healthcare) is advantageous
