About the Role
The Park Hospital in Nottingham is part of Circle Health Group, Britain’s leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals and clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider.
We are seeking a Patient Administrator to join their administration team in a full-time, permanent role (37.5 hours per week), covering a flexible shift pattern.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the smooth running of the patient administrative process throughout the patient journey.
- Ensure adherence to Circle Health Group best practice process maps to deliver an efficient, professional, and standard service to patients, visitors, consultants, and staff.
- Agree and resolve all patient queries efficiently and professionally.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Approve electronic bookings via the relevant system and update any bookings received via email.
- Maintain awareness of the Health and Safety at Work Act, ensuring compliance with relevant measures for patients, relatives, visitors, hospital staff, and contractors.
- Comply with all mandatory training.

Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills Level 2 evidence.
- Proficient in using a PC, including software and hospital systems.
- Basic financial awareness.
- Previous administration experience in private healthcare is beneficial but not essential.
Salary & Benefits
Circle Health Group offers a competitive starting salary of up to £25,071.00 per year (depending on experience, training, and qualifications) alongside a comprehensive benefits package, including:
