Hours: Full Time – 40hrs per week
Salary: £27,000 (Involves working Saturdays) Location: Middlesbrough

The role of a Patient Advisor is to make our patients feel like a superstar from the moment they enter our clinics. Patient Advisors are often the first person patients interact with.
Responsibilities
Every day will bring something new, but your typical duties include:
- Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
- Assisting in patient consultations
- Scanning patients’ eyes using state-of-the-art equipment as part of a full health check
- Assisting patients in completing health questionnaires
- Introducing patients to their optometrist
- Scheduling treatment dates
- Discussing finance options
- Accurately maintaining patient records

Requirements
Here’s who we’re looking for:
- A passion for providing world-class customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to communicate clearly and articulately with a diverse range of people
- Previous experience working towards sale targets and personal KPIs
