Patient Advisor – Full-Time, Permanent

Location: Central London

I’m currently recruiting on behalf of a highly respected and prestigious aesthetic business based in Central London. They are seeking a Patient Advisor with a strong sales background to manage all incoming new client enquiries and convert these into consultations.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent benefits working in a highly regarded cosmetic surgery and aesthetics clinic.

Please note: You must have experience handling and converting patient enquiries/consultations from the aesthetics or cosmetic surgery industry. Candidates only with dental and medical experience won't be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage new client enquiries via phone and email, converting them into consultations
  • Deliver a five-star client experience from initial contact through to booking
  • Collaborate with the clinic and management teams to streamline the client journey
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues in the enquiry process
  • Share client feedback with marketing and management to support business growth
  • Reconnect with previous clients and share new offers or updates
  • Produce regular conversion reports for internal use
  • Handle diary management and administrative tasks with accuracy

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role within the cosmetic surgery or aesthetics industry converting patient enquiries into consultations or similar experience (converting consultations into sales)
  • Alternatively, a sales-driven Assistant Clinic Manager looking for a new challenge
  • Professional and polished communication style, confident with high-profile clientele
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer-focused with a genuine passion for aesthetics and delivering results
  • Strong organisational and administration skills

Role Details

  • Full-time, permanent position – 40 hours per week (includes lunch breaks)
  • Working pattern: 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, plus alternate Saturdays (working from home weekends)
