Patient Care Assistant, Senior Transitions Unit
AS A PATIENT CARE ASSISTANT at our Senior Transitions Unit, you’ll assist in providing total nursing care for all patients, adhering to established standards of care.
$3,000 SIGN-ON/RETENTION BONUS available for qualified candidates!

Qualifications & Requirements
To apply, you must meet the following:
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent, OR be enrolled in a health assistant program at a vocational school
- Have patient care experience, or complete one semester in a healthcare-related field
- Possess (or obtain within 6 months of hire):
- Current CPR certification
- Comprehensive Crisis Management certification (or obtain within 12 months of hire)*
