About the Role
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading private functional medicine clinics, working alongside experienced doctors and practitioners who specialise in hormone optimisation, preventative medicine, and personalised healthcare.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Patient Care Coordinator to become an integral part of our clinical team. This role is ideal for someone with a background in nutritional therapy, health coaching, functional medicine, hormone health, longevity medicine, or private healthcare who wants to further their knowledge while making a genuine difference to patients' lives.
This is not a traditional reception or administration role. You will become deeply involved in the patient journey, working closely with clinicians and developing an understanding of functional medicine in everyday practice.

Responsibilities
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll help manage the patient journey from initial enquiry through to ongoing care. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating busy clinician diaries and appointments.
- Supporting patients throughout their treatment journey.
- Liaising closely with doctors and the wider clinical team.
- Processing payments and managing administrative tasks accurately.
- Ensuring every patient receives an outstanding experience.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a private healthcare or clinical setting.
- Background in nutrition, nutritional therapy, health coaching, or another healthcare profession is highly desirable.
- Strong interest in functional medicine, hormone health, or longevity medicine.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Ability to work confidently in a busy clinical environment.
- Permanent right to work in the UK (no time-limited visas).
- Ability to pass a DBS check.
- Able to commute daily to our Central London clinic.
What We Offer
- £31,000–£33,000 depending on experience.
- Full-time permanent position (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday).
