Be the face of Envision Clinics

Envision Clinics is a modern private healthcare clinic specialising in Ophthalmology and Aesthetics. We are committed to delivering exceptional clinical care alongside an outstanding patient experience in a welcoming, professional environment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and personable Patient Care Coordinator & Reception Administrator to join our team in Beverley. This is much more than a reception role—you'll be at the heart of the patient journey, ensuring every patient receives first-class service from their initial enquiry through to their appointment and follow-up care.

If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive first impression of Envision Clinics. You'll manage appointments, coordinate patient journeys, support our clinicians and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.

Working closely with our clinical team, you'll provide a friendly, efficient and professional service while maintaining the highest standards of organisation, confidentiality and patient care.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
