At Xen Health Clinics, we're building a modern healthcare company focused on improving patient access to specialist medicinal cannabis treatment across the UK.

We're looking for an outstanding Patient Care Coordinator who wants more than just another administrative role. This is a chance to join us during an exciting period of growth and help shape the patient experience from day one. As the first point of contact for many of our patients, you'll be their trusted guide throughout the treatment journey; ensuring every interaction is handled with care, clarity, and genuine support.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Managing new patient enquiries
  • Supporting patient onboarding
  • Coordinating medical record requests
  • Scheduling consultations
  • Maintaining accurate patient records
  • Liaising with clinicians and pharmacies
  • Providing exceptional patient support
  • Improving patient experience and operational processes

We're looking for someone who:

Previous experience in healthcare, medical administration, patient services, or private clinics is advantageous but not essential. We care more about attitude and aptitude than a specific background!

This role begins part-time, with the opportunity to grow into full-time as the need develops.
