Patient Coordinator – Harley Street Aesthetic Clinic
Location: Harley Street, London
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + commission
An established Harley Street aesthetic clinic is looking for an experienced Patient Coordinator to join its growing team. Led by a well-known consultant with a strong media presence, the clinic receives a consistent flow of patient enquiries and offers a fast-paced, rewarding environment for the right person.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in a private cosmetic surgery, aesthetic medicine, or elective healthcare setting, who enjoys guiding patients through a seamless journey from initial enquiry through to consultation and treatment. It’s a sales-facing position, but one that relies on trust, professionalism, and ethical conversion rather than hard selling.
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for patients, handling enquiries, coordinating appointments, and managing clinician diaries.
- Deliver an excellent standard of patient care.
- Work within the clinic's hours of operation, Monday to Friday, 9am–8pm, with shift patterns across these hours and a maximum of two late shifts per week.
- Note that those evening shifts also offer the strongest commission potential, with higher-value consultations helping to boost overall earnings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
