About Dispensed

At Dispensed, we are passionate about empowering individuals to reach their full potential by supporting better health outcomes. We believe that access to innovative and alternative therapies can transform lives. Through our telehealth platform, we facilitate patient access to affordable, efficient, and reliable alternative medicine services across Australia, NZ and the UK.

About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Patient Engagement Assistant to join our UK Clinic team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is a call-intensive role focused on patient re-engagement. You will be responsible for contacting patients who have registered with the clinic but have not completed key steps in their journey, helping them navigate the process and addressing any questions or barriers they may have encountered.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, is confident on the phone, and takes satisfaction in helping customers move forward.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
