Patient Pathway Coordinator

Patient Pathway Coordinator (Gender Health) – NHS Position

About the Role The team at CCGS comprises consultant urological, plastic, and gynaecological surgeons, alongside a multidisciplinary team including Nurse Specialists, Pelvic Floor Physiotherapists, Dieticians, Psychologists, Anaesthetists, and Endocrinologists. The service is supported by a Junior Service Manager, Deputy General Manager (Gender Health), and three patient pathway coordinators, who act as the first point of contact for service users and provide essential administrative support to the clinical team.

The role is critical in providing administrative support to the Gender Affirmation Surgery (GAS) service. The post holder will offer high-level, confidential, and professional assistance across a broad range of matters, ensuring representation of the Trust’s interests and maintaining a strong ambassadorial presence at all times.

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented individual to contribute to our Gender Affirmation Surgery service, delivering surgical treatment to patients experiencing gender dysphoria. If you thrive on challenges and enjoy working in a fast-paced and demanding environment, this may be the ideal opportunity to make a significant impact within our local community—always keeping the patient at the heart of everything we do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
