Job Overview

The role holder will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Unscheduled Care Division, responsible for collecting, recording, analysing, interpreting, and reporting data to monitor compliance with the Welsh Assembly Government Referral to Treatment Time (RTT) and Service and Financial Framework annual targets. Key duties include:
- Accurate and timely recording of the entire patient pathway on WPAS (Wales Patient Administration System)
- Proactively reviewing patient journeys via the Pathway Tracker, coordinating with acute services, radiology, pathology, and health records
Main Duties & responsibilities
An opportunity exists to join our patient pathway monitoring team to ensure adherence to:
- Welsh Government Referral to Treatment (RTT) guidelines
- Timely progression of the patient pathway in collaboration with the Medical Directorate and Administrative/Clerical teams
- Maintenance of precise waiting lists across all stages of patient treatment
- Generation of detailed reports for Management meetings
