Role Description
The Patient Recruitment Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding eligible participants for clinical trials in an on-site, full-time position based in Luton. This role will involve sourcing participants, conducting initial screenings, coordinating recruitment strategies, and collaborating closely with clinical teams to meet enrollment goals. The specialist will also communicate effectively with participants while ensuring ethical standards and compliance with trial protocols.

Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes, including sourcing and identifying qualified candidates.
- Strong skills in conducting Interviews and participant screenings to meet trial eligibility criteria.
- Excellent Communication abilities to interact with a diverse group of participants, clinical teams, and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Training participants on study protocols and procedures to ensure successful enrollment.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic research environment.
- Familiarity with clinical research protocols and relevant ethical regulations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
