Patient Administrator – Radiology
Leeds Hospital | Radiology | Permanent | Full Time
£25,038 per annum
37.5 hours per week Shifts will vary between 07:30 - 20:30.

As a Patient Administrator at our Leeds Hospital, you’re able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential.
As a Patient Administrator, you will:
- Handle enquiries and general queries.
- Greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments, ensuring all patient information is correct.
- Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs, and secretaries.
- Arrange Radiology appointments.
- Distribute Radiology reports to referrers.
- Work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy.
- Utilize your strong IT and keyboard skills.
- Maintain databases.
- Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management.
