Patient Administrator – Radiology Leeds Hospital
Radiology | Permanent | Full Time | £25,038 per annum
37.5 hours per week
Shifts will vary between 07:30 - 20:30.

As a Patient Administrator at our Leeds Hospital, you’re able to manage, appraise and interpret the data. What’s more, you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner.
Ideally, you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent, but this isn’t essential.
As a Patient Administrator, you will:
- Handle enquiries and general queries.
- Be required to greet and attend patients for Radiology appointments, making sure all patient information is correct.
- Deal with enquiries from patients, Consultants, GPs and secretaries.
- Arrange Radiology appointments.
- Distribute Radiology reports to referrers.
- Work with existing Radiology software systems to ensure high levels of data accuracy.
- Put your strong IT and keyboard skills to work.
- Maintain databases.
- Provide a range of secretarial services and diary management.

Our successful, purpose-built hospital deals with complex surgery supported by a Level 3 critical care unit covering a vast range of specialities such as: brain surgery, cardiac surgery, general surgery, orthopaedics and spinal surgery. In addition we offer a comprehensive diagnostic service including cardiology tests and interventions, diagnostic imaging – MR, CT, Mammography, Plain film and Ultrasound, fully equipped Physiotherapy department with gymnasium facilities.
