Patient Services Rep II

About the Role
We are looking for an independent, talented Patient Services Representative able to provide customer support to our customers using our equipment.
If you are a Spanish speaker, are emotionally intelligent and empathetic, you may be our next support representative to join our dedicated customer services team in Watford on a hybrid basis.
You will be:
- Supporting our customers in Spain who are using our devices for diabetes care.
- Part of a wider team who speak various languages, making this a global opportunity within our organisation.
Responsibilities
Fundamental responsibilities may include (note that other duties may be assigned):
- Provides advice and support to customers, dealers, distributors, and sales personnel:
- Responding to product-related questions.
- Delivering safe and reliable technical support.
- Accurately and consistently documents customer feedback and troubleshooting completed on the call.
- Ensures on- or above-target compliance with call quality standards.
- Manages time effectively by:
- Prioritising calls, follow-ups, and administrative tasks.
- Achieving team and individual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Acts as a liaison between sales personnel and technical staff.
Required Knowledge & Experience
Must-Have Criteria
- Spanish (written and oral proficiency required), as well as English (written and oral).
- Full familiarity with systems and procedures – expected to be obtained through prior work experience or education and demonstrated in an interview/assessment.
- Demonstrates effective multi-tasking (e.g. navigating between programs to access customer data and input text during calls).

Experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience in a customer service environment.
