Pawnbroking Appraiser
Locations: Guildford | Richmond | Gracechurch Street (City of London)
We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading luxury pawnbroking and retail business for experienced Pawnbroking Appraisers.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in luxury watches, jewellery, designer handbags or other high-value assets to join a well-established and growing business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Valuing and authenticating luxury watches, jewellery, diamonds, handbags and other high-value items.
- Assessing lending values and purchase prices.
- Delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships.
- Supporting luxury retail sales and helping to drive store performance.
- Ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and in line with compliance procedures.

About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- At least 2 years' experience within pawnbroking, luxury retail, jewellery or a similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of luxury watches, jewellery and/or designer handbags.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail and confidence working with high-value products.
- A commercial mindset with a passion for luxury goods.
