Payment Processing Advisor – Outbound Sales – Uncapped Commission
Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Are you an experienced telesales advisor or outbound sales executive looking to earn uncapped commission in a fast-paced, target-driven environment?
We are recruiting for a Payment Processing Advisor to join our growing call centre team in Sheffield city centre, helping businesses access modern card payment and merchant service solutions.
Location: Church Street, Sheffield (S1 2GN)
Office-based role – no remote working
Salary & Benefits
- £12.71 PH + Pay Progression.

The Role – Outbound Payment Processing Sales
As a Payment Processing Advisor, You Will
- Make outbound sales calls to businesses
- Identify customer needs and promote card payment and merchant service solutions
- Explain the benefits of modern payment processing systems
- Close sales over the phone
- Work towards daily and weekly sales targets
- Accurately process sales using a CRM system
This is a target-driven outbound sales role within a supportive and motivated call centre environment.
Experience Required
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in telesales, outbound sales, call centre sales, or face-to-face sales
- Confident closing sales and overcoming objections
- Comfortable working to KPIs and sales targets
- Experience using a CRM system preferred

Hours of Work
- Monday to Friday only
- Fully flexible between 8am – 8pm
- 37.5 – 40 hours per week
- No evenings or weekend working
