Customer Retention Agent - Payment Saves

£26,436.80 per year + Uncapped commission
Norwich
Full-time, Permanent
40 hours per week: Monday to Friday (Some weekend working required - 1 in 6 weekends, either Saturday or Sunday) Between the hours of 9am-6pm.

About the Role

We’re hiring a Customer Retention/Payment Saves Agent to join our fast-paced Retention team in Norwich. This is a customer-focused, commercially driven role where you’ll speak to merchants who are thinking about cancelling or reducing their service. We are searching for a commercially aware agent who ideally has experience from either a retention role or strong upselling/cross-selling experience.

Your job is to understand their concerns, solve problems quickly, and clearly explain the value of staying with Epos Now. You’ll also reach out to inactive customers, re-engage their accounts, and manage contract renewals to secure long-term partnerships.

If you enjoy talking to customers, solving problems, and working towards clear targets, this role offers strong earning potential and career progression.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
