How You'll Shine

As a Payment Services Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Accounts Payable function by ensuring supplier invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining strong supplier relationships and supporting business operations across our Asia Pacific portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and code supplier invoices accurately, ensuring appropriate approvals, purchase orders, and accounting periods are applied.
  • Review BirchStreet invoice transmittals and verify invoice information before processing.
  • Prepare and process payment runs within agreed schedules and approval frameworks.
  • Transmit electronic funds transfer (EFT) payments following authorized sign-off.
  • Maintain supplier master records and ensure accurate filing and document management.
  • Liaise effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Administration, and Management.
  • Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review and process employee expense claims and credit card statements.
  • Prepare journals and correcting entries within the general ledger when required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong accounting knowledge with exceptional attention to detail. To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • A solid understanding of general accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • At least 1 year's experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance administration role.
  • Experience working with financial systems such as PeopleSoft Financials, Attache, Sun Systems, or similar ERP platforms.
  • Exposure to a multi-currency environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines.
  • Experience with online banking platforms (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A commitment to accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
