Role: Payment Specialist Company: Barclaycard
Are you a driven professional looking to make an impact in the B2B payments space? Barclaycard is seeking a dedicated Payment Specialist to focus on generating, acquiring, and retaining new B2B customers onto our payment solutions.
In this dynamic, phone-based role, you will be evaluated on output, including conversion rates, while consistently upholding Barclaycard’s values. This is an excellent opportunity to develop key skills in:
- Discussing client needs
- Building strong relationships
- Handling objections
- Successfully closing sales
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Customer Strategy across Payment Solutions.
- Call existing business customers to identify which Payment Solutions are best suited to their operations.
- Cross-sell and up-sell Barclaycard Payment solutions within the Business Payments (SME) market, meeting challenging goals and objectives.
- Actively sell the full range of Barclaycard Payment solutions while adhering to all key processes.
- Assist in progressing customer applications within new businesses.
- Answer questions accurately and professionally, building rapport with clients and resolving enquiries effectively.
- Deliver the highest levels of customer service, addressing issues to agreed service levels.
- Take full accountability for governance and compliance.
- Support the management team with additional activities such as analysis and focus groups.
