Payments Administrator

Department: Finance

Location: Stradbroke

We’re looking for a Payments Administrator to support day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accurate processing of transactions and supporting month-end activities.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build experience in a fast-paced finance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support month-end processes and financial reporting
  • Process journals, invoices, and payments
  • Maintain financial controls and compliance
  • Ensure movement licences are processed accurately
  • Provide finance support to the wider business

Essential Requirements

  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Interest in finance (preferably AAT qualification or studying)
