We are looking for a Payments & Billing Administrator to join our dynamic Adult Social Care Financial Services (ACFS) team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is eager to support our community. You will help process payments and manage billing for various services, ensuring that our residents are charged accurately and fairly.

As a Payments & Billing Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing Direct Payments, provider payments, and one-off payments using Mosaic and SAP systems.
  • Ensuring accurate billing for individuals following financial assessments.
  • Handling enquiries from residents and providers regarding invoices and payments.
  • Maintaining precise financial records to support reporting and audit requirements.
  • Contributing to the management of billing for services such as transport, telecare, meals, and day services.

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

  • A good understanding of basic financial processes.
  • Experience using IT software, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
  • Strong data inputting and numeracy skills.
