We are looking for a Payments & Billing Administrator to join our dynamic Adult Social Care Financial Services (ACFS) team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is determined to support our community.
As a Payments & Billing Administrator, you will help process payments and manage billing across multiple services, ensuring residents are charged correctly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing Direct Payments, provider payments, and one-off payments using Mosaic and SAP systems.
- Ensuring accurate billing for individuals following financial assessments.
- Handling enquiries from residents and providers regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintaining precise financial records for reporting and audit purposes.
- Contributing to billing management for services including:
- Transport
- Telecare
- Meals
- Day services

Requirements
To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have
- A solid understanding of basic financial processes.
- Experience using IT software, including:
- Microsoft Office
- SharePoint
- Strong data inputting and numeracy skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
