About the Role

We are looking for a Payments & Billing Administrator to join our dynamic Adult Social Care Financial Services (ACFS) team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and is determined to support our community.

As a Payments & Billing Administrator, you will help process payments and manage billing across multiple services, ensuring residents are charged correctly and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Processing Direct Payments, provider payments, and one-off payments using Mosaic and SAP systems.
  • Ensuring accurate billing for individuals following financial assessments.
  • Handling enquiries from residents and providers regarding invoices and payments.
  • Maintaining precise financial records for reporting and audit purposes.
  • Contributing to billing management for services including:
    • Transport
    • Telecare
    • Meals
    • Day services

Requirements

To Succeed In This Role, You Should Have

  • A solid understanding of basic financial processes.
  • Experience using IT software, including:
    • Microsoft Office
    • SharePoint
  • Strong data inputting and numeracy skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
