We are seeking a Payments & Billing Administrator to join our Adult Social Care Financial Services (ACFS) team. This entry-level role is ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced environments and want to make a direct impact on our community. Your core focus will be managing payments and billing for key services, ensuring fairness and accuracy for residents.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Process direct payments, provider payments, and one-off payments through Mosaic and SAP systems.
- Ensure accurate billing for individuals based on financial assessments.
- Respond to enquiries from residents and providers regarding invoices and payment disputes.
- Maintain precise financial records to meet reporting and audit requirements.
- Support billing for services such as transport, telecare, meals, and day services.

Requirements
Essential Qualities & Experience
- Strong basic financial literacy for administrative processes.
- Familiarity with IT systems, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Excellent data inputting skills with strong numeracy.
- A proactive approach; eagerness to learn and adapt to new systems.
