Responsibilities
As the Payments & Billing Administrator, your key tasks will include:
- Processing direct payments, provider payments, and one-off payments via systems like Mosaic and SAP.
- Ensuring accurate billing for individuals after financial assessments are completed.
- Responding to enquiries from residents and providers regarding invoices, payments, and billing disputes.
- Maintaining precise financial records to meet reporting and audit standards.
- Contributing to billing for wide-ranging services, including:
- Transportation
- Telecare
- Meals service provision
- Day services

Essential Criteria
To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:
- A basic understanding of financial processes and principles.
- Experience (or a willingness to quickly learn) using:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- SharePoint for document management
- Financial or database software (e.g., Mosaic, SAP)
- Strong data inputting and numeracy skills.
- Accuracy, organisation, and the ability to adapt to evolving systems.
