About the Role

We are seeking a Payments & Billing Administrator to join our Adult Social Care Financial Services (ACFS) team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a busy, supportive environment and is passionate about making a difference in their community. You will be responsible for processing payments, managing billing, and ensuring fair and accurate financial transactions for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
As a Payments & Billing Administrator, you will:
- Process Direct Payments, provider payments, and one-off payments using Mosaic and SAP systems.
- Ensure accurate billing for individuals following financial assessments.
- Handle enquiries from residents and providers regarding invoices and payments.
- Maintain precise financial records to support reporting and audit requirements.
- Contribute to the management of billing for services such as:
- Transport
- Telecare
- Meals
- Day services

Person Specification
** Essentials**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A good understanding of basic financial processes.
- Experience using IT software, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint.
- Strong data inputting and numeracy skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
