Average Earnings: £7,000+ per month (Uncapped)

Status: Self-Employed (Commission-Only)

Location: UK-wide (Field-based)

Are you an ambitious, self-motivated sales professional looking for unlimited earning potential and the freedom of running your own business?

Work with Dojo, one of Britain’s most trusted payment brands. This isn’t a casual side-gig; it’s a genuine opportunity to build a highly lucrative, long-term asset. While this opportunity provides complete flexibility and the autonomy of being self-employed, the earning potential reflects the level of commitment you put in. We are looking for dedicated individuals ready to treat this like their own full-time business.

The Product Portfolio: What You’ll Be Selling

As a Dojo Payments Consultant, you aren't just selling a standard card machine—you are equipping businesses with a full suite of cutting-edge tech designed to improve cash flow, efficiency, and customer experience.

Your product portfolio includes:

  • Dojo Go & Dojo Pocket: Sleek, market-leading smart payment terminals, allowing merchants to take payments securely at the counter, tableside, or on the move.
  • Integrated Payments: Seamlessly connecting Dojo terminals with over 500+ EPOS systems to eliminate manual keying errors, speed up service, and simplify end-of-day reconciliation.
  • Dojo Bookings: A powerful guest management and restaurant booking platform that helps hospitality businesses maximize covers, reduce no-shows, and manage waitlists.
  • Online Checkout & Virtual Terminals: Secure payment gateways, pay-by-link features, and virtual terminals that allow businesses to accept payments smoothly over the web or phone.
  • Dojo Business Funding: Giving merchants access to fast, flexible, and revenue-based business loans, repaid naturally as a small percentage of their daily card sales.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who You Are

Being self-employed gives you the freedom to work whenever you want—but to hit the £7,000+ monthly average, you need to bring a high level of self-discipline. We are looking for:

Experience: 2+ years of sales experience is highly preferred (B2B or field sales is a major plus).
