About the Client

Our client is a UK-based financial technology company that specializes in global payment acquiring and financial services. Serving e-commerce, fintech, gaming, digital services, tourism, and other fast-moving online industries, they provide services including payment acquiring, multi-currency accounts, currency exchange, and open banking integration. They operate under the authorization of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK.

Role Overview

Join as a Payments Product Manager / Business Analyst focusing on card schemes. This is a fully remote position where you'll have the opportunity to shape payment solutions on an international scale. You'll work with Visa and Mastercard schemes, defining processes and preparing specifications that impact diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze card scheme business processes
  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Design interchange and scheme fee logic
  • Define reconciliation process requirements
  • Prepare functional specifications for development
  • Communicate with Visa and Mastercard
  • Support implementation and solution testing

Requirements

  • Payments industry domain knowledge
  • Experience with Visa and Mastercard schemes
  • Knowledge of interchange and scheme fees
  • Experience with APIs, SQL, and microservices
  • UML, BPMN, and process modeling skills
  • Experience writing functional specifications
  • Jira and Confluence proficiency
  • Languages: English, Russian
  • Experience in fintech
