Main Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly payroll preparation and processing, ensuring timely execution
  • Collate, verify, and input payroll data, including:
    • Starters, leavers, salary adjustments
    • Overtime hours and deduction schedules
    • Statutory payments such as sick pay and absence-related claims
  • Maintain accurate employee records and track payroll-related updates
  • Assist with pension contributions, managing enrolments and contribution changes
  • Audit payroll reconciliations and generate required reports
  • Address employee queries professionally, ensuring a smooth payroll experience
  • Ensure strict compliance with legislative requirements and internal procedures
  • Contribute to improving payroll processes and system efficiency

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a Payroll Administration or similar role
  • Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of payroll systems and legislation is essential
