Main Responsibilities
- Support the monthly payroll preparation and processing, ensuring timely execution
- Collate, verify, and input payroll data, including:
- Starters, leavers, salary adjustments
- Overtime hours and deduction schedules
- Statutory payments such as sick pay and absence-related claims
- Maintain accurate employee records and track payroll-related updates
- Assist with pension contributions, managing enrolments and contribution changes
- Audit payroll reconciliations and generate required reports
- Address employee queries professionally, ensuring a smooth payroll experience
- Ensure strict compliance with legislative requirements and internal procedures
- Contribute to improving payroll processes and system efficiency

Requirements
- Prior experience in a Payroll Administration or similar role
- Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail
- Working knowledge of payroll systems and legislation is essential
