My client, a growing accountancy practice, is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their friendly and supportive payroll team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a payroll professional with practice experience to manage a varied client portfolio, delivering accurate and timely payroll services while building strong client relationships.

The Role

  • Processing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients
  • Calculating salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and statutory payments
  • Managing CIS returns and workplace pension administration
  • Handling HMRC queries and payroll legislation requirements
  • Providing day-to-day payroll support and maintaining strong client relationships

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years’ payroll experience, ideally within an accountancy practice
  • Experience managing multiple client payrolls
  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions, tax, and statutory payments
  • Knowledge of CIS and BrightPay would be advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
