Payroll Administrator Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for a Payroll Administrator to join a respected organisation within the not-for-profit sector. The role is based in Warwick and involves managing payroll processes with precision and efficiency.

Description
- Coordinate and process payroll data across 25 UK locations.
- Validate payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Liaise with managers and stakeholders to collect payroll information.
- Support the Payroll Manager with monthly payroll activities.
- Work closely with an outsourced payroll provider to ensure smooth delivery.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and robust audit trails.
- Process starters, leavers, salary changes and variable pay data.
- Investigate and resolve payroll queries in a timely manner.
- Reconcile payroll reports and identify discrepancies for correction.
- Utilise Excel and payroll systems to analyse and manage payroll data.
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and internal policies.
- Contribute to payroll process improvements and system enhancements.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and accuracy.
- Monitor payroll deadlines and support the successful completion of payroll cycles.
- Provide administrative support to the wider payroll function as required.

Profile
A Successful Payroll Administrator Should Have
- Previous payroll administration experience within a busy payroll environment.
- Experience processing payroll across multiple sites or business units.
- Strong understanding of UK payroll processes, including starters and leavers.
- Confident user of payroll systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong data validation skills.
- Ability to reconcile payroll information accurately and efficiently.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Effective communicator with the confidence to liaise with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and query resolution.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight payroll deadlines.
- Team player who can build strong working relationships across the business.
- Experience working with outsourced payroll providers would be advantageous.
- Knowledge of payroll compliance and audit trail requirements is desirable.
- Immediately available or available at short notice preferred.
