Payroll Administrator
Working Structure: 4 days a week in the office, 1 remote from home.
Location: Central London
Salary: £28,000-32,000
JGA are partnering with an established organisation that provide corporate solutions across Europe. They are looking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to support the Payroll Supervisor and wider HR team with end-to-end monthly payroll.
What You’ll Do:
- Process new starters, leavers, transfers and payroll amendments including tax codes, p45s and salary changes.
- Administer statutory payments and payroll-related documentation.
- Respond to payroll queries, maintain employee records and support GDPR compliance.
- Assist with HRIS testing, reporting and projects.

What You’ll Need:
- Experience processing end-to-end UK payroll (ideally high volume).
- Strong payroll legislation, including RTI and auto-enrolment.
- Strong Excel.
- iTrent is desired for this position.
