We're working exclusively with a leading international business seeking a Payroll Administrator to join a collaborative People team. The Opportunity
Supporting the monthly payroll cycle, you'll work closely with payroll and HR colleagues to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time while also gaining exposure to a wide range of employee benefits and payroll compliance.

This is a varied role where you'll be involved in:
- Processing payroll changes including starters, leavers, salary changes and statutory payments
- Supporting the monthly payroll cycle with an outsourced payroll provider
- Responding to employee payroll queries and delivering excellent customer service
- Administering employee benefits including pensions, private medical cover, life assurance and salary sacrifice schemes
- Maintaining accurate payroll and HR records
- Assisting with payroll reconciliations, reporting and year-end activities
- Contributing to process improvements and helping enhance payroll operations
About You
We're keen to hear from payroll professionals from any industry sector, including retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, manufacturing, professional services or the public sector. You'll ideally have:
- At least 3 years' payroll experience
- A solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, PAYE, National Insurance and statutory payments
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills
- Good Excel skills and confidence working with payroll systems
- A customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy
