Job Description
Are you an experienced payroll and pensions professional?
We are seeking a Payroll and Pensions Adviser to lead the full payroll lifecycle and support the administration of our defined benefit pension schemes.
Reporting to the Payroll and Pensions Manager you will ensure the delivery of an accurate, timely, and compliant payroll service while maintaining high standards of governance and statutory compliance.
In this role, you will provide advice on payroll and pension matters and be a key member of the team building productive relationships across the organisation.
You will be an organised payroll professional, used to meeting deadlines and confident in analysing data and using HR and Payroll systems.

What We’re Looking For
- Extensive payroll experience in a large, complex organisation
- Strong HR and payroll systems expertise
- Practical experience of defined benefit pension processes
- High quality customer service skills
- Experience with MHR iTrent is desirable but not essential
