Job Summary
We’re now looking for an AP/Payroll Associate to join our global Finance team.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll
- Own the end-to-end payroll process, partnering with our external payroll provider to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery each month.
- Manage our payroll mailbox and maintain our compensation database.
- Own our payroll reports and presentation of compensation-related data.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline People ↔ Finance processes.
- Contribute to ad-hoc analyses and projects across Payroll, ESOP, and Financial Reporting.
Accounts Payable
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including invoice validation, reviewing vendor details, and obtaining appropriate approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date vendor records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Respond promptly to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries related to payments or account status.
- Support month-end close by preparing accruals and prepayment journal entries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance purchasing, approval, and payment processes and documentation.

Qualifications & Skills
- 3+ years of experience in payroll and/or Accounts Payable function.
- Familiarity with documenting processes through memos or flowcharts.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Bonus: experience with ESOP administration, reporting tools (e.g., HRIS, Sheets, or similar), and can handle accounting entries related to payroll and accruals.
- Passionate about data, accuracy, and well-designed financial processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for simplifying complexity.
- Collaborative by nature - you enjoy working cross-functionally with People, Finance, and other teams.
- Curious, proactive, and excited to build scalable systems in a growing company.
