Job Title: Payroll Bureau Advisor - Job Share

Hours: 15 per week (to be worked over Weds/Thurs/Fri)

Location: Hereford (Hybrid)

Salary: Hoople Band B £24,613- £25,069 pro rata, (£9,978 - £10,163 actual per annum)

Contract: Permanent

Closing Date: 26/07/2026

Interview Date: 29/07/2026

Exciting Opportunity!

We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven individual to join our Payroll team in a permanent role.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver a high quality, accurate and efficient payroll and HR payroll transactional processes. They will provide advice, guidance and support on a range of payroll issues including terms and conditions of employment and PAYE to allocated clients.

Applicants will preferably have experience of working in a payroll service area to successfully meet performance expectations of customers and have experience in pension/payroll administration. Knowledge of statutory payments and deductions including Tax, NI, SMP and SSP preferred, however not essential. Full training will be provided.
