About the Role
As a Payroll Executive in the professional services industry, you will be responsible for managing and processing payrolls efficiently while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations. Description
- Accurately process payrolls for a portfolio of clients within agreed deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations, including tax and pension contributions.
- Handle payroll queries and provide clear resolutions to clients and employees.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure data integrity.
- Assist with payroll reporting and year-end procedures.
- Liaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Support the implementation of payroll software and system updates.
- Work collaboratively with the accounting and finance team to ensure seamless operations.

Profile
A Successful Payroll Executive Should Have
- Proven experience in payroll processing, preferably within professional services.
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with clients and team members.
