🚨 Payroll Manager | Hayes | £55,000 - £60,000 + Excellent Benefits 🚨
I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Payroll Manager to join a well-established international business based in Hayes/Uxbridge.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of payroll and wants to play a key role within a collaborative HR team.
The Role:
- Manage end-to-end payroll for two UK companies
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time
- Handle pensions, benefits, P45s, P60s and P11Ds
- Act as the main point of contact for payroll queries
- Liaise with HMRC and support payroll compliance and audits
- Work closely with HR and Finance to continuously improve payroll processes

What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing payroll from start to finish
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HMRC requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and strong Excel skills
- Confident working independently and managing multiple deadlines
- Workday experience is highly desirable, but we would also love to hear from exceptional payroll professionals with strong end-to-end payroll experience using other payroll systems.
