Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Provide advisory support on payroll-related queries and issues.
- Ensure timely submission of payroll data to relevant authorities.
- Maintain and update payroll systems, implementing improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams in accounting and finance to align payroll operations.
- Stay informed about changes in payroll legislation and implement necessary updates.
- Support the preparation of payroll reports and documentation.
- Lead and mentor payroll team members, fostering professional development.
Profile
A successful Payroll Manager should have:
