Hours/Days: 37 hours 5 days per week
1 Year Fixed Term
Location: District Council Offices, Mill Lane, Wingerworth, S42 6NG with hybrid working options available

Job Details
Working within the Finance Team and closely with the HR Service, this role will be part of a Payroll Team providing services to the District and Parish Councils. You will be joining a team who are committed to delivering an excellent and efficient service, ensuring all employees are paid correctly and on time.
We are seeking a proactive and customer focused team player who enjoys working with numbers and successfully resolving problems. Excellent communication and sound judgement skills are essential to the role.

You will have experience in payroll or finance and up to date knowledge of payroll legislation and regulations. The role requires building effective working relationships and working to tight deadlines in a busy and fast paced environment.
