Contract Duration: 9 months

Pay Rate: £150 – 175 per day Inside IR35

About the Role

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Payroll Officer.

  • Location: Stratford upon Avon – contract is for 5 days per week with 1 day per week in the Stratford upon Avon, Warwickshire office
  • Duration: 9 months
  • Day Rate: £150 – 175 per day Inside IR35

  • Payroll processing experience, including inputting new starters and finalising leavers
  • Experience of using payroll systems such as Resourcelink or SAP or similar
  • The ability to manually calculate SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP, PAYE, holiday and NI accurately
  • Up to date understanding of tax coding and HMRC legislative requirements
  • Experience and the ability to deal with benefit, salary sacrifice schemes and third-party payments
  • Reconciling payroll at year-end including P35’s, P14’s and P11d’s
  • Strong customer service focus coupled with strong numerical and data input skills
  • Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
