Job Title: Payroll Operations Manager

About the Role
We're looking for a Payroll Operations Manager to oversee payroll delivery, operational excellence, and payroll governance across global teams. This role will focus on improving payroll processes, enhancing employee experience, and driving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead payroll operations across multiple business units.
- Ensure payroll accuracy, quality, and timely execution.
- Develop and optimize payroll processes and operational controls.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Technology teams.
- Support payroll system implementations and integrations.
- Monitor payroll KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and internal policies.
- Lead operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or Human Resources.
- 6+ years of payroll operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and operational workflows.
- Experience managing payroll processes within multinational organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with HRIS or payroll technology platforms is preferred.
