Job Description
Aramark UK is seeking a detail-oriented, results-driven Payroll Specialist to join our Leeds-based team on a hybrid, permanent basis. Reporting to the Payroll Lead, you will manage payroll administration, process payrolls to completion, and support related payroll activities across multiple sectors.

Job Responsibilities
- General payroll administration, full end-to-end understanding of payroll cycle, perform necessary tax calculations, and adhere to payroll legislation requirements
- Develop a strong understanding of the Time and Attendance system and support the business on usage of the tool on a daily basis
- Supporting new business integration to the payroll system, via TUPE and acquisition
- Reconciling all areas of payroll calculations
- Time and Attendance experience and the integration of time solutions to payroll
- Payroll testing for new system functionality
- Processing of payrolls including Auto Enrolment Pension and RTI Submission sub-processes
- Processing of ad-hoc pay runs
- Payroll communications
- Generating of reports, logs, and statistics
- Develop and publish all necessary procedure documents
- Support the payroll reconciliation process
- Payroll Administration that underpins a solid Data and Payroll function and the stakeholders' experience of getting data, making people-related changes, and getting advice on system data, process, and best practice is best in class and evidenced through their feedback

Key Requirements:
- Evidence of working in a fast-paced payroll team covering multiple deadlines
- Experience and understanding of Time and Attendance systems
- Experience processing of payrolls including Auto Enrolment Pension and RTI Submission sub-processes
- Able to work competently with data, to be able to manipulate data sets using various methods
