Hiring: SAP Payroll & Time Advisor

Location: Broughton (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite)

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll & Time Advisor to join a busy HR and Payroll team, supporting payroll operations and HR administration while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll and time-related transactions accurately within agreed SLAs.
  • Manage payroll queries via phone and ticketing systems.
  • Support HR administration, including employment references and official correspondence.
  • Maintain payroll records, e-payslip systems, and employee benefits support.
  • Produce HR documentation and contribute to process improvements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in payroll processing and payroll query resolution.
  • Knowledge of PAYE, pensions, statutory payments, and payroll deductions.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP payroll systems is preferred.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
