TJW Contract Solutions Limited is a UK-wide payroll specialist with over 15 years of industry experience, providing fully HMRC-compliant services. The company focuses on removing the stress of payroll, tax, and administration for contractors and clients. TJW supports individuals in finding the right pay structure based on their contract and end client, ensuring clarity and compliance. The business offers two primary payroll models—Umbrella and CIS (for building contractors within construction)—and is known for building long-term relationships where clients choose to return for the quality of service.
Role Description
The Payroll Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Camberley, responsible for overseeing end-to-end payroll operations for Umbrella and CIS payroll models. The role includes:

- Supervising payroll processing cycles
- Ensuring accurate calculations of wages, deductions, and taxes
- Maintaining compliance with HMRC regulations
- Reviewing and authorizing payroll outputs
- Managing queries from contractors and clients
- Coordinating with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
Day-to-day tasks involve:
- Monitoring payroll deadlines
- Improving process efficiency
- Maintaining secure and accurate payroll records
- Supporting the implementation of payroll policies and system enhancements
This role also includes:
- Mentoring payroll staff
- Providing training on best practices
- Contributing to a positive and service-focused team culture

- Candidates should possess strong skills in payroll administration, including end-to-end processing and accuracy in data handling.
- Candidates should possess expertise in payroll taxes and garnishments, with the ability to interpret and apply current HMRC regulations and statutory requirements.
- Candidates would benefit if they have used the My Digital platform.
- Candidates should ensure necessary support documentation and records are maintained.
- Candidates should deal with Client and Operative queries.
- Candidates need to organise the team's workload.
