Payroll Supervisor
The Payroll Supervisor will oversee the payroll function, ensuring accurate and timely processing while maintaining compliance with legal and organisational standards. This is a key role in the Accounting & Finance department within the service industry.

Description
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Oversee payroll calculations, including tax, pensions, and deductions.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on payroll legislation and ensure the company adheres to changes.
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and management.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Maintain and update payroll systems and records.
- Support audits and other compliance-related activities.

A Successful Payroll Supervisor Should Have
- Professional experience in payroll management, ideally within a bureau managing multiple payrolls.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and relevant legislation.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in accounting and payroll software.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
